Terms and Conditions for Roadmap 2.0 with Master Resell Rights.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Roadmap to Riches Course (hereafter referred to as "the Course") that comes with Master Resell Rights. By accessing or using the Course, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Course.

1. License Grant

Upon your acceptance of these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive license to resell the product to end-users with Master Resell Rights. This license is granted solely for your personal and commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Course.

Use the Course for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

You have the freedom to customize your sales process, assert ownership of the product, and personalize the sales approach as your own.

3. Intellectual Property

The Course, including all associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire and may not claim any ownership interest in the Course by purchasing the Master Resell Rights license.

4. Resale and Distribution

You are provided with master resell rights, enabling you to sell the product to external parties. The product can be marketed individually or as part of a package, bundle, or membership site. You have the freedom to set the selling price, but it must not be lower than $497 USD. It is prohibited to distribute the product for free or involve it in any unlawful or unethical activities.

5. Warranties

The product is offered in its current condition without any warranties or guarantees. The seller does not provide, explicitly or implicitly, any assurances regarding the product, such as merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-violation of third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not responsible for any damages resulting from using or being unable to use this product, encompassing direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and more.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use and resell the Course if you violate the ditribution rights. Upon termination, you must cease all use and distribution of the Course and destroy any copies in your possession, all access will be restricted.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of seller's Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Course after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

10. Refunds:

Due to the this being a digital downloadable product, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless otherwise stated by us.

11. Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
